Thomas and Mary Jo tied the knot on July, 20 2019 at Saddle Woods Farm near Nashville TN. Their design was inspired by the southern, vintage roots that is imbedded in the Nashville culture.

Their wedding party was nothing short of a good time. This bridesmaid lost a game of “odds are” and had to shotgun a Mich Ultra.

Mary Jo and Thomas opted to exchange letters in lieu of gifts the afternoon before their ceremony.

Mary Jo and her dad, Jimmy shared one of the most touching first looks I’ve ever had the pleasure of witnessing. During the rehearsal dinner, Jimmy gave us some insight on how special this daddy-daughter relationship was. He tried his best to hold it together as he told everyone a story about the worst thing Mary Jo ever did: Forged her parents signature on her report card. He said if he knew at the time that would be the worst thing she would ever do then he would have celebrated it.

There wasn’t a dry eye in the room folks.

Tennessee passed a law stating for a wedding ceremony to be acknowledged by the state that it needed to be performed by a minister, priest or rabbi. This law was put into place on July, 1 a mere 20 days before their wedding. Mary Jo and Thomas handled it like pros. Mary Jo’s family had a family friend who happened to be a minister. They elected to have a brief ceremony the morning before the wedding with their immediate family to make their marriage legal in the eyes of the state. Despite being technically married, that didn’t stop Thomas from having an emotional reaction as he saw his forever at the end of the aisle.

Planning Mary Jo and Thomas’s wedding was an absolute blast to plan with them. They’re the best people and I can’t wait to see their love grow throughout the years.

Cheers!
