How Much Does Wedding Insurance Actually Cost?

In light of Noah’s Event Venue’s recent bankruptcy, I’ve laid out exactly how much it costs to invest in wedding insurance for your big day.

I can’t stress to my couples enough, how important it is to invest in event insurance. It can protect you when things go wrong or plans change!

Couples can get liability insurance starting at $125. This covers them in instances where: a guest spills red wine on some expensive af custom marble floors, a guest twerks too hard on the dance floor and ends up injuring themselves, or a guest elects to get behind the wheel of a car after having one too many specialty cocktails.

Couples can add a cancelation/postponement insurance beginning at $100. This is good for serious illness or injury that prevents you from going to your own wedding, severe weather (hurricane season), a missing caterer, or even a bankrupt venue cough cough NOAH’S…

They can even add deposit coverage for as little as $30 (up to $5,000 in deposit coverage). This protects couples when one of their vendors goes out of business.

Couples can all of this for a mere $280. To me, it’s worth the peace of mind as you’re going into a day where you’re paying thousands. Just lookin’ out.
