Why You NEED To Build Wedding Planning Free Time Into Your Life

Let’s be honest. No matter how fun exciting wedding planning can be it can also be super stressful and even put a strain on your relationship. I know.. I know.. No one wants to hear that but it’s absolutely true. When this much money and emotion involved in every decision you are making there are bound to be disagreements. Planning an event of this scale can also take over your life (I would know). Especially in the 2 months leading up to the wedding. I highly encourage all couples to schedule some wedding planning free days (or chunks of time) into their schedules. Or implement rules where you don’t talk about wedding related things when you are on dates or eating dinner together. It might seem like this is an easy thing to do but when you’re in the thick of it, it’ll me more difficult than you think! If you start the process with these rule in place you’ll have an easier time sticking to them.
