Must Have Amazon Items For Wedding Planners
If you’re anything like me, you likely spend a good amount of time and money on Amazon. It’s quick easy and will likely save you time and money. If it’s not cheaper the convenience is often worth the increased price tag. I’ve complied a list of my staple items that I have on hand for wedding days. From energy solutions to the best lighters on the planet, I’ve got you.
Being on my feet for more than 14 hours some wedding days leaves me on the hunt for the best anti-blister solutions. I use a combination of the following two items. I use the KT tape for the backs of my heels and ankles. It stays on all day even through the sweat. I use the anti-friction balm on my toes. My pinky toes get the brunt of it so those get the most love from the balm.
Being on the run all day, means there is little to no opportunities to eat. I keep these gatorade chews on me at all times. I also have a heart condition that requires me to keep my electrolytes up so this is the perfect solution. Highly recommend for all of my wedding pros!
I also keep the high carb ones on me in case I start to feel lightheaded.
In the world of Tik-Tok and Instagram Reels, I bring a tripod with me to every wedding for my assistants or myself to take high quality, shirt video clips so we can recap the day to post about later. This tripod is cheap and even has a bluetooth remote in case you want to trigger the video to start from a distance.
I wear a fanny pack around all day. It allows me to have resources like bandages, bobby pins, hairspray, my energy chews, tampons, mints, etc at a moment’s notice instead of having to run back to my kit for everything. I have a cute canvas Kate Spade fanny pack but any version with some cute details to make it look a little fancy is perfectly acceptable! The first option below also comes in black.
Lastly, is my all-time favorite item for wedding days. I have four in my kit and will likely buy more as backups. This electric lighter is USB rechargeable, has a flexible neck for those hard to reach candles, and even has a flashlight! I always keep a charger in my kit in case I have a sarcastic amount of candles to light.
